You need a metal cutting circular saw. I use mine on almost every project and it’s paid for itself 20x over. I use the @diablo_tools cermet 2 blades exclusively and they are excellent. The trick is knowing when they’ve gone past their useful life. In this case you can see those sparks being thrown from the base of the saw, that tells me it’s almost time to replace the blade. Even still, it handles 3/8” thick plate like nothing and is so much more manageable than a torch for this type of work. Gi
