Where is the cheese on a Chicago style Pizza?

Deep Dish Apple Pie Dessert Pizza!Getting festive and seasonal with this pizza mashup! I started with a deep dish crust and sliced sauteed red and green apples baked in my Gozney roccbox. I finished with graham cracker crumbles, sliced pecans, and caramel drizzle. This pizza challenge took me out of my comfort zone, but it was fun to try something totally different and i was quite happy with the results! Would definitely make again! Next time I’ll try to create the lattice top tho!Happy Holidays
