Dec 10, 2010 · Before you try Sara's advice, take a look at what happens on your device. Watch the battery gauge- does it show charge still remaining when the charge actually runs out? If so, it's a calibration issue, not a worn out battery. You can easily calibrate lithium batteries- 1) charge it to full. 2) set it to play and let it go until it dies.

May 23, 2018 · There is a repair shop for zune. It's called Rapid Repair out of Michigan. They're pricey. It took about 3 weeks to get my 2 zunes back. They work, but my order was messed up. A red 80g was supposed to be upgraded to 128g. A black 120g was just supposed to be fixed. They switched my colored cases, upgraded the 120g & left the 80g as is.

I have tried charging it with a wall charger for a full day and when I try to turn it on I get a battery symbol that is very faint on the screen that indicates it is charging.
