Thoughts on Revvl 5G : r/tmobile - Reddit
Feb 8, 2021 · Recently replaced an almost 3-year old OnePlus 6T w/the Revvl 5G. Haven't experienced any problems with it. Was concerned about performance drop - Snapdragon 845/8GB RAM on the 6T to the 765G/6GB RAM, but again, no noticeable drop in performance. The R5G actually opens a lot of apps faster. Including COD Mobile and PUBG.

Mar 12, 2022 · Personally I deff think it’s a good phone. If it wasn’t for this question I would have never known for the V+ has a worse screen then the regular version. It seems the Revvl 5G has the necessary bands for a great experience on T-Mobile. Low, Mid including C-Band. It’s not bad but for 200 you might be better off with Samsung.

May 31, 2021 · I'm having trouble connecting my new REVVL 5G to my computer for file transfer. When the cable is plugged in it sounds the USB connection tone over and over until it eventually just starts charging. I've followed the usual annoying routine of going into the notification menu, and changing the connection type

With the Revvl it's now 60 Mbps, even though it never switches to 5g mode. My understanding is that this Revvl is a so-called unified device, so it's using both the Sprint and T-Mobile networks. At the other house I typically got 40 or 50 Mbps. With the Revvl I'm typically at 130 Mbps and it's always in 5G mode.

She is using the standard text messaging app that came with the phone but I had her download Textra to see if it was the app having problems.

I think there has been a lot of confusion between the Revvl 5g and V+, despite the $200 difference. Feb 14, 2024 · About a week ago, my REVVL 6 PRO 5G started to randomly shut down. Sometimes it is a "soft" shut down (as in it displays the animated Metro power-off logo) and sometimes it is a hard shut down. When booting the phone back on, it boot loops 3-7 times before it actually starts up.

2 new REVVL 5G phones, both can't hear anything on the other
Aug 18, 2021 · I got my REVVL 5G in early August and I have the same problem. I pick up and can't hear them. I've found if I turn off WiFi and they happen to call back I can then hear them. Something with WiFi calling, but I can't figure it out when I go to the troubleshooting for this specific issue on the T-Mobile site.
