Microsoft word and Avery 5260 Labels
Oct 29, 2019 · I am assuming that you are using the setting in Label options for your label rather than a template from Avery. If not, you should be. The way I would handle this would be to produce the labels as a separate document and add about a 5/8-inch left margin to the document produced and shrink the right margin the same. This is far from perfect.

Oct 8, 2015 · Did you actually start with the Avery 5260 label. It does have a bottom margin of 0, but you can increase that to 0.25" (or maybe a little more) without affecting anything and that might overcome your problem. Another way around the issue would be to execute the merge to a new document and then save that as a pdf file and print from Adobe Reader.

This Avery product has space for six labels per page, and I am printing the generic stuff okay. The problem comes when the name and picture are printed. The right and left badge are the same.
