Jan 19, 2014 · Since you have tried 2 different mouse into all the ports of the computer and both does not work, but the same mouse works in other computer shows that the issue is with USB(universal Serial Bus) controllers of the laptop. I would request you Re-install the Universal Bus Controllers and check if it helps.
