Rotate whole page with whole text on it - not just orientation
Nov 3, 2018 · I want to rotate whole page in ms word with all text in it. From this. to like this. I mean from landscape page to portrait page with all text on it. The problem: When i am doing orientation from landscape to portrait in "Page Setup" the page changes to portrait but the text remains horizontal. I want text to become vertical also. How to do it?

Depending on the size you want, you may want to format your page to be landscape orientation. Within the table cells you can rotate the text 90 degrees clockwise and counter-clockwise. When printing it the text box turns around(!) and when saving as a PDF file this text box has also changed from being upside down to normal way round.

May 3, 2020 · However when I change the text direction to "Rotate All Text 270 degrees," it adds excessive space after the apostrophe and ONLY after the apostrophe. I've tried every recommendation there is out there including checking the keyboard / input language, changing the auto-correct options and changing the font. This is happening in Word 2013.

Here is what it looks like right now: I essentially want each letter of the vertically-written word "Title" to be rotated 90 degrees such that the text runs properly once the labels are printed and applied to the jewel case spine.

Then use Word's Insert > Object to insert the rotated version. Otherwise, you can display the PDF in a reader app and take a screen shot.
