Recovery time from laparoscopic large liver cyst?
Sep 12, 2017 · Hi! Just had a large liver cyst laparoscopically removed about 9 days ago. The surgeon also did some resection. Cyst probably about 18cm and about 5 pounds of fluid. Previously at 22cm and 7 pounds which I had drained, but immediately filled back up, this the surgery. Feeling pretty good.

Then after various scans, tests ect I was re referred to kings on 2nd April . Surgeon said I need fenestration of the cyst and I am on the waiting list. It's 19 weeks since second referral .

Nov 3, 2015 · Also suffer upper bloating from time to time. U/sound showed a cyst and fatty liver. MRI was then done and this showed 3 benign FNH. I was then discharged and told no follow up was needed. They would disappear when I hit menopause. I am 47. Year done the line was no better , so referred to different hospital. Had fibroscan liver and endoscopy.
