Nov 12, 2019 · Open MSpaint or an image editor and make sure to resize the image to 256X256, now save the image as a .jpg or .bmp. Hi, make sure the spray is smaller than 512kb and that it's from 128x128 to 256x256. Try to see if you can spray it in JPG, that should work just fine.

Oct 15, 2016 · Just find any image you want, make it 128x128/256x256/512x512, import into VTFEdit check "no mipmap" and "no level of detail" in the flags section and save as vtf (and vtm). To autocreate a vtm check "autocreate vtm" under options.
