Jun 24, 2011 · To be honest, i'm fine with the size of the icons that I have, and this way I can just increase the size of the fonts and buttons around windows/windows borders etc. as well as icons if I wish to do so in the future. Of course increasing the DPI increases the size of everything but in the same ratio- it's actually not what i'd like to do.

If it is just the icons, you can hold down the CTRL key and use the mouse wheel to change the icon size. If the screen resolution has change which makes the whole screen (background, etc.) larger, then right click on the desktop and select Screen resolution. Then set the resolution to what is recommended for your display.

Change icon size in taskbar (not sure if it will work with Win 10 as have never used that system) by Desktop/Control Panel/Display. Your screen size will be 100% default so change to Medium which might be 125% . This should increase the icon size
