Dec 8, 2005 · I finally got time to mock up my helmet from the templates. This one is just for sizing purposes; I want to make sure that I had the proper size to fit my noggin. As it turns out it is just a bit too small as my nose presses against the visor. But that’s the beauty of CAD, I just enlarge the patterns by a few percent and I’ll be set.

May 4, 2011 · Hi guys, I'm new to all this building armor and helmet thing but I want a Boba Fett costume badly. I don't understand how to use these stencils. Do you print them then transfer that to something stiffer or hard?

Dec 26, 2007 · Cut it to the length you need. Then cut down on one end and heat it up in the oven at 400 degrees. DON'T WALK AWAY!!!!!! In about a minute or so, the plastic will be soft enough to flatten out. Use two cookie sheets and a thick pair of gloves. Draw your temp and cut. Use a jig saw to cut and a dremmel to sand.
