Would anybody have performance numbers for. 34 yellowfin with 400 Verados? Not the 400r’s, just the regular 400’s. Would be almost identical to the 400r performance. 6800rpm in the production 400 versus 7000rpm with the R.

Sep 30, 2019 · I had a 34 yellowfin before great boat overall.The yellowfin with same power will be faster and more efficient. The seavee will have a better fit and finish. As you mentioned 08+ you will be fine with either of them. I have several friends who have and have had seavees , you wont be disappointed in either boat.

I recent bought a friends 34 Yellowfin with 2014 300 Verados. The numbers below are with Mirage plus 19p, 250 gallons of fuel, hard top, calm conditions, one person on board and VC offshore bottom paint (which is at the end of it's life). I manually cleaned the bottom of the hull before taking these numbers. HD gearcases, 1.75 ratio.

I have a friend looking at a 34 CC Yellowfin with twin 250 Suzy's. They say cruise at 40 WOT 50. Anyone have this setup or knows someone with either 300 Suzy's, 350 Yamaha's or 350 Mercs?

I'd try a set of 19 Enertia Ecos, they run well on the 34 and have had good luck on other boats with the 350 Yamahas and the Ecos. I ran a set of these exact props with 350 Verados on a 34 YF and with a full load of fuel and typical yacht tender gear, was seeing 1.7 at 35 MPH cruise, 1.5 MPG at 40 MPH cruise, and 58 at the top end at 6200 RPMs.

The 300 boat is an upper sixties boat every day. I’ve never been on one with twins but from what I hear they ride great and the engines don’t bark as much since they are set a little deeper. We consistently run with yellowfin boats and the 32 wont touch it. If you want to ride with the Onslow it’ll take a 34 yellowfin at least.
