I know it's old... but where is the Zune software download?

However, the download is available online where people have stored it themselves. These are third-party sites which Microsoft neither owns nor has control over so discretion is required:

Both of those companies offer repair services for Zune as well. But before you go through all of that, it might be something as simple as the battery has become uncalibrated. To recalibrate the battery put your music on shuffle and let it play until the device goes dead and turns off, then turn it back on and repeat.

THE ISSUE IS the Zune device itself...which is just a USB connection, is not recognized by Windows 11 and will connect and disconnect repeatedly and has never been an issue prior ...

Dec 1, 2010 · Try a different USB Zune Sync cable ; If the Zune does not Power ON this would explain why the computer does NOT recognize the Zune Device. - IF the Zune Device has been sitting and the battery has been completely drained it can take between between 4-8 hours for the battery to charge enough to power the device ON.
Can't add some mp3 files to a playlist in zune software
May 30, 2012 · They are all in mp3 form. I have them all in 'My Music". My Zune sofware recognizes all but one group of about 60 files. I can play the files with Zune, but they are nowhere to be found in the Zune software. I have opened the properties of one file that Zune recognizes & opened the properties of one that Zune does not recognize.
