Apr 16, 2021 · Did some beef back ribs yesterday on the WSM. I found some Kingsford Pro on sale at Costco and wanted to see how she goes. Rubbed the ribs with what I believe was my "Quick Fix" rub; really just found a canister in the spice cabinet that I had long forgotten about. Smoked at 250 for ~4 hours with about five chunks of mesquite wood.

Nov 18, 2024 · Brought up the smoker to temp kept it at approx 275 - 285 deg. most of the day for the ribs. Pulled the ribs out and rinsed off . Coated with one of my bags of Meat Church, also coated the cut offs and into a foil bag. So this time ( i have rolled ribs before but after they were partly cooked ) I rolled them right away.

Nov 17, 2024 · Beef back ribs can be delicious as well is there is enough meat in them to be worth doing. All the other beef ribs you see mentioned are just variations of cuts from the plate or chuck . The Kalbi cut are awesome for grilling, especially Asian and Mexican style flavors and the cross cut are also ok and take well to braising.

Feb 10, 2011 · I never tried Beef Ribs any other way but 3-2-1 at 225˚/230˚. My thoughts: I love Medium-rare beef, but I would think since there is a huge amount of fat on the ribs, it would be better to be more well done, like 3-2-1 gets you to. Plus 3-2-1 makes them around fall off the bone, the way I like my ribs.

Dec 10, 2018 · My first beef back ribs. Smoked them on my Traeger Pro 22 for 8 hours. Meat Church The Gospel was the rub. They came out much better than I thought they would. Very happy and will definitely do these again.
