It works fine during the day, but tends to freeze and stop working later in the day. I've spent over an hour with Shaw reprogramming the remote and the box, I've had 2 new remotes and even a new digital box.

May 28, 2007 · Before I get beat up for any bias, I'm, and ex-Shaw Digital Cable engineer, but also deal in commercial Bell sites and did development at Starchoice, just so's ya know! And the winner is Starchoice, with Shaw a distant 2nd and Bell steadily loosing ground, such a shame really as they set the bar to shoot for.

Jul 24, 2009 · Shaw is not into customer service or customer satisfaction. They changed their hours to close at 8 PM. Many friends and collegues are able to get HDTV and digital cable channels for 6 months or more without additional charge even though we have the same service. Shaw's refer a friend program is a farce. In my case, I referred my sister.
