It has been years since I purchased any food item from qvc. High prices and poor quality being the reasons. In the past I have purchased Mrs. P's. apples, pot stickers, croisants, and fruit. None met my standards of taste or quality so I don't purchase food items anymore. ETA- I was gifted Cheryl's cookies. Yuck!

Aug 29, 2019 · @Mrsq2022 - I believe QVC's policy for all food items is that they are not returned, but rather you receive a partial or full refund of your purchase price if you are not satisfied and contact customer service. That has been my experience with the few food items I've received that either were damaged/ruined or not as described.
