Install Zune software Win10 - Microsoft Community
Jun 14, 2020 · Hello, I had the software on my previous computer. Now on my new Surface X64 with Win10 I am unable to install the software. It runs when I put it into Vista SP2 compatibility mode, but hangs and asks for Vista SP2 SMBR. Any suggestions? I need to transfer my music from my Zune I know it is old but I have photos on it.

Mar 22, 2022 · I launched Zune, and it began populating from my music library but I can't get it to recognize my Zune 120gb device...At least I've got the music manager potential of Zune back for the music on my PC which is a lot further than I've gotten previously but I'd really love to get it to recognize my Zune.

Jan 3, 2020 · Zune was discontinued in 2012 and the Zune software runs only on 32-bit Windows XP or 32-bit/64-bit, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. It is not supported for Windows 10 as the device has not been available for years unfortunately.

Jan 11, 2020 · Fortunately, I already had the software installed on my Windows 10 laptop and it works fine. However, I woud imagine if I uninstalled it, I would not be able to install it back on my laptop. It would have been great overall if anyone could still install the software just without any software updates from Microsoft.

However, the download is available online where people have stored it themselves. These are third-party sites which Microsoft neither owns nor has control over so discretion is required:

Sep 26, 2015 · is there any way to get my windows 10 laptop to reconize my zune hd? everytime i plug it in it says "driver unavailable". and i had try everyway possible to my basic knowledge on the matter. it is sad that a microsoft product is no longer compatible with the new version of windows, it worked fine with win 8.1.

Jun 23, 2020 · I believe what they meant by "never supported" is that Microsoft never officially made sure Zune would work on Windows 10. Many pieces of older software still run fine on Windows 10, but there's no guarantee that something made for Windows 7 and earlier, and that hasn't been upgraded and supported for Windows 10, will work on Windows 10.

Apr 25, 2020 · I still have and love my old Zune HD, it's my main music player, but I recently moved from a Windows 7 computer to a Windows 10 and I can't seem to install the software anymore. I tried looking online for fixes and found the offline Zune installer since t
