Sep 13, 2021 · No that stuff is a part of GTA Online, that is synced on the GTA Online servers. Note that you will not be able to play GTA Online without the content in the DLC folder. So you can delete the folder without worrying about that. But if you want to play your DLC you will need to redownload the game again.
