Feb 8, 2017 · If your unit or base performs a supporting or active role in the nuke mission you will qualify. Your 104 must be signed by the first O-6 CC in your chain of command. Put the dates and qualifying unit on the document and route it up. If this is not your first time getting the medal put down which oak leaf cluster (OLC) you are being awarded.

Nov 30, 2023 · It’s a lot easier to use the form for routing and edits. Then once given the green light copy/paste into myeval and immediately route for signatures. It’s been working well for us for the SMSgt, MSgt, and TSgt cycles.
