HARTFORD, Conn. (TNND) — An "armed and dangerous" man wanted in connection to a drive-by shooting in Hartford, Connecticut that killed a mother and her 4-month-old son has been arrested in Puerto Rico, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Lance Morales is accused of shooting and killing Jessiah Mercado, 20, and her baby, Messiah Diaz, both of Springfield, Mass. A man in his 20s was also injured.
