One prominent NFL insider expects New York Giants owners John Mara and Steve Tisch to keep GM Joe Schoen and coach Brian Daboll in 2025.

The Giants will have some important decisions to make coming off another disappointing season, and one former exec has some advice for the floundering club.

While Schoen and Daboll have made their share of mistakes, and own them, Mara’s best play here is to avoid spiraling back into the abyss he’s been in with the hiring and firing of coaches Ben McAdoo (one-plus seasons), Pat Shurmur and Joe Judge (two each) before Daboll was brought in three years ago.
