The recalled products from Wolverine Packing Co. were distributed to restaurants nationwide. Here’s what to know.

There’s an active recall on approximately 72,240 pounds of ready-to-eat meat products, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). This is due to a potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

The notice affects more than 167,000 pounds of meat sold by Detroit-based company Wolverine Packing Co., after at least 15 people fell sick. More than 160,000 pounds of ground beef recalled by Detroit-based company Wolverine Packing Co.
