A Dothan man was arrested over the weekend after he beat a child with a pistol, police said on Monday. On Saturday, Dothan Police investigators arrested Allen Terell Jackson (41) at his home in Dothan after it was reported that he hit a child “under the age of 16″ after he found the girl in her bedroom with a boy.

A Dothan man is under arrest after police say he hit a juvenile girl in the head with a pistol when he found her in a bedroom with a juvenile boy. Allen Terell Jackson, 41, is charged with willful abuse of a child. His bond was set at $15,000.
