8. Pour some of the toffee sauce on top of the pudding and put back into the oven for 5-10 min till bubbling. 9. Then serve with the ice cream and more sauce.
A classic version of sticky toffee pud – some versions put sauce on the bottom too – but it doesn’t need it. Serve with extra cream or ice cream. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.
