More than 10% of Buffalo’s population was born outside of the United States, nearly half of whom arrived here in the last 15 years.

The latest census by the Institute of International Education ranked UB No. 24 among the nation’s colleges and universities hosting international students.

The Sophomore Externship Experience program, available to UB and other WNY college students, offers paid opportunities to gain valuable professional experience.
