Crown Prince Haakon of Norway is speaking about the arrest of his stepson, Marius Borg Hoiby, on suspicion of rape.

Police in Norway have arrested the 27-year-old son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit on suspicion of rape, saying the alleged victim was "unable to resist the act."

Marius Borg Høiby, the stepson of Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit, was arrested for allegedly raping a woman in Oslo, Norway. This is his third arrest in recent months. According to the New York Post,

A lawyer for the alleged victim said it was police who pursued the case and not her client, who she said is “having a hard time.”
