Des Moines police say they found Bruce Murray's body with his hands tied behind his back and an electrical cord wrapped around his neck.

Authorities say "one, or more, of the defendants physically assaulted (65-year-old Bruce Murray) while they stole a quantity of methamphetamine and other property from the apartment."
