According to a report, Napoli has turned down Manchester United's offer for striker Victor Osimhen and outlined new transfer conditions for his potential sale.

Manchester United have made the first move to sign Victor Osimhen permanently as the Red Devils have tendered a player plus cash deal to the Italians.

According to Turkish sources, Manchester United are prepared to offer Joshua Zirkzee plus a cash sum in a bid to sign Victor Osimhen

But as relayed by Eurosport, Napoli have no intention of agreeing to United’s swap deal requests and would prefer that any potential suitor pays the the 25-year-old’s full release clause which stands at €75 million.
