The ashes of a big-eyed, brown and white puppy named Lisa that died last week in a plane crash in New York’s Catskill Mountains will be delivered to the late animal rescue pilot's family.

A volunteer pilot flying three rescue dogs to a care facility in upstate New York died along with one of the dogs after his plane crashed in the state's Catskill Mountains, according to officials.

Seuk Kim, 49, was a pilot, animal rescuer and father of three. He began flying during the pandemic and, having a passion for animals, he started rescuing dogs.

"We feel a responsibility to continue what he started,” said the daughter of pilot Seuk Kim, who was killed on Nov. 24
