Marvel boss Kevin Feige teased what comes next after Avengers: Secret Wars: The X-Men will probably be the stars of the Mutant Saga.

Avengers: Secret Wars will lead into the MCU’s age of mutants and X-Men, says Kevin Feige. Avengers: Secret Wars will be released in 2027. Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the ensemble Marvel movie will feature the cast of The Fantastic Four: First Steps and Robert Downey Jr.

So when Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige virtually dropped into a recent Disney event in Singapore, he wasn’t saying anything super duper revealing but it’s interesting nevertheless, especially since he’s one of the main people responsible for it all.

Marvel confirmed this summer that Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars will keep their May 2026 and May 2027 release dates despite speculation that the Avengers movies in the Multiverse Saga might see delays following last year’s strikes. The Jonathan Majors accusations were also a potential cause for postponing the conclusion of the saga.
