According to Arcane showrunner and co-creator Christian Linke, Fortiche and Riot are bouncing around ideas about all kinds of other projects in the League of Legends world that could provide the basis for a new animated series.

In an interview with League content creator Necrit, Riot creative director and Arcane creator and showrunner Christian Linke revealed the three Runeterra regions it's exploring as settings for future shows: Noxus, Ionia, and Demacia.

Riot Games already has some follow-up series to Arcane in production, the League of Legends show's executive producer confirmed.

The League of Legends movie may have been canceled, but there won't be any dearth of adaptations based on the franchise. Arcane has also been nominated at The Game Awards 2024 for "Best Adaptation", so hopefully its spinoffs and follow-ups will retain the same quality. Both seasons of Arcane are streaming on Netflix.

Arcane season 2 just ended, and with it, the story of Jinx and Vi comes to a close, but showrunner Christian Linke says a new League of Legends show has been in development for a year already. Linke has already teased us with the prospect of a new series based on the popular MOBA,
