The mother of four was previously arrested in September and October and charged with child neglect and drug possession.

Chelsea is Rosie’s eldest daughter. The comedian adopted Chelsea as a baby with her ex-wife Kelli Carpenter. Rosie has four other children: Parker, 29, Blake, 24, Vivienne, 22, and Dakota, 11. Following Chelsea’s October arrest, Rosie previously shared that her daughter’s struggles were a common occurrence.
