Yellowstone National Park us preparing for the winter season. This starts December fifteenth. Visitors will be able to travel most of the park's roads from the west, south, east and north entrances by approved snowmobiles and snow coaches.

All roads normally open to automobiles are closed through mid-March to accommodate oversnow travel, with the exception of the road from the North Entrance to Cooke City.
