Luigi Mangione was arrested on gun charges in Pennsylvania and faces a murder charge in New York for the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Commissioner Jessica Tisch also said Wednesday that lab results matched suspect Luigi Mangione’s prints to a water bottle and snack wrapper found near the scene of the killing.

During an extradition hearing in Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg, Pa., on Tuesday, Luigi Mangione's defense attorney reportedly said his client will fight his extradition to New York, where he's facing murder and other charges in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
