Aditya Pandit has been remanded to police custody till Monday after being arrested for allegedly abetting the suicide of Air India pilot Srishti Tuli. Police are investigating deleted chats between Pandit and Tuli and have seized both their mobiles.

Police report that the accused in the Air India pilot suicide case is withholding information and remains in custody until Monday. The 25-year-old pilot was found dead in her Mumbai apartment, with her boyfriend arrested for abetment after allegedly insulting her over food choices.

Air India Pilot Srishti Tuli, who allegedly died by suicide, video-called her boyfriend Aditya Pandit minutes before her death, according to the Mumbai Police sources.

Aditya Pandit, who is currently in police custody on charges of abetment of suicide, has reportedly deleted some of his messages with Srishti Tuli.

The pilot, who spoke to her mother and aunt moments before her family got the news of her death, was allegedly murdered, claimed her family.
