Valley Plaza is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at 2701 Ming Ave. Hours will vary for holiday season.
