A fiery crash in Newark, New Jersey killed six people when their car smashed into a support column under the Pulaski Skyway, Essex County officials said.

New Jersey investigators said six people died late Friday night after their car crashed into a support column for the Pulaski Skyway and caught fire.  The crash happened around 10:45 p.m. in Newark, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said,

Three of the victims were identified over the weekend by family members, and on Monday, investigators continued to work to officially identify all six passengers.
