A tropical storm warning has been issued for the lower and middle Florida Keys from Key West to west of the Channel 5 Bridge, according to the latest advisory from the National Hurricane Center.

"Rafael is forecast to become a hurricane in the northwestern Caribbean," the NHC said. "With further strengthening before it makes landfall in Cuba." ...
