Police in Mongomery County arrested a woman Monday for a crash that killed a Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) Water employee in September. The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said that officers arrested 35-year-old Dori Campbell of Silver Spring.
