Image via Getty Frustrated passengers are putting United Airlines on blast after the airline said their bags were missing. However, they said that their AirTags showed their bags were right there. Both Dan Adams and his partner Kurt were going on a two-month vacation to Europe,

The AirTag said the checked bag was inside the airport, but United Airlines said it couldn't find it. The bag later traveled 30 miles away.

But Adams’ first stop, in Barcelona, was unplanned: the United Airlines baggage office. “One bag came out, second bag came out, third bag came out, and the fourth one didn’t,” Adams recalled. Locating that fourth bag was supposed to be easy.
