MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent for two alledged cases of sexual assault, Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) officers have confirmed. The special agent has been accused of sexually assaulting adult women.

Police say an FBI agent charged in Maryland with sexually assaulting two women contacted his alleged victims through social media with a promise to give them free tattoos and modeling work.

Montgomery County police charged an FBI agent with second-degree rape involving two women. Eduardo Valdivia, 40, of Gaithersburg, opened a tattoo shop on Washingtonian Boulevard and used Instagram to promote it and a modeling agency, county police said.
