Prime Minister Han Duck-soo apologized Wednesday over President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of martial law last week, saying he voiced "clear" opposition to the plan. The National Assembly passed a resolution at around 1 a.m. on Wednesday, calling for the repeal of martial law. Lawmakers approved the resolution approximately two and a half hours after President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration.
