Pamela Hayden, who has voiced various characters including Bart’s best friend, Milhouse Van Houten, is retiring from the animated show after 35 years, Fox confirmed Wednesday. Hayden’s final episode — titled “Treehouse of Horror Presents: Simpsons Wicked This Way Comes” — will air Sunday, Nov. 24.

Hayden, who voiced Bart Simpson’s nerdy sidekick Milhouse Van Houten, Jimbo Jones and others, said she is leaving the show to pursue other opportunities.

Pamela Hayden also voiced Jimbo Jones, Rod Flanders, and numerous other characters on the show. Everything is no longer coming up Milhouse.
