Wicked star Jonathan Bailey has teased the reason why his character Fiyero has blue eyes in the movie. Known for the role of Anthony on Netflix 's Bridgerton, the brown-eyed Bailey is admittedly not a fan of wearing contact lenses for a role, but promises it'll be "worth it" once Wicked: Part 2 rolls into cinemas next year.

In the jump from the stage to the screen, Fiyero, played by Jonathan Bailey, becomes a much more interesting character than before.

Wicked: Part 1 hit cinemas on Friday 22nd November and in its first weekend, it's already been receiving rave reviews from fans and critics alike.
