A woman found shot to death in 1973 was never identified, so investigators commissioned a 3D rendering of her head, hoping someone will recognize her.

A cold case from 1988 has finally been solved after detectives were able to match DNA to a murder suspect over 36 years later.

Glenn King has been dealing with death for a long time. "I've been here since, well, I helped build the buildings," said King, a College Station native who joined the Little Rock Police Department in 1979 and has been working homicides since 1986, except for a year spent a court house bailiff after he initially retired in 2016.

After over 36 years, a family finally has closure after Pierce County detectives solved a cold case dating back to the '80s. The suspect died two weeks before facing justice.
