Headed to Colorado are goaltender MacKenzie Blackwood and forward Givani Smith along with a 2027 5th round draft pick. In exchange the Sharks are getting Alexandar Georgiev (14% of salary retained by COL), forward Nikolai Kovalenko, a 2026 2nd round pick and a 2025 5th round pick.
