Went there for my first ju-jitsu lesson today and all I can say is wow 🤩 the instructor was amazing and everyone there was as friendly as they were deadly 🥷 can’t wait to go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Full review by Joe Hughes

Just did not First Ladies thai boxing fitness class. Absolutely fantastic. Great cardio work out. The girls are lovely. Lynsey is great, knows her stuff. Will definitely be regular at her class. Full review by Gemma Leanne
