Hi Julia, My husband & I only went to Capri on a Friday while on vacation to Sorrento. We were there in April & I am sure it gets busy with more tourist later in the spring to summer months. There are also a lot of other groups booked at the same time so it is hard to say which day of the week is the best. Sorry! But do go and enjoy Capri and be sure and take the boat ride around the island....priceless! Agnes

Capri has very small road network. Parking could be available near restaurants & few hotels... Enjoy your stay in Capri as it’s just beautiful... heaven-on-earth...
Any recommendations on a smallprivate boat tour (not the ones over advertised/priced online that leaves from Marina Grande for family of 4 end of June for a few hours? We are only in Capri for the day and need to be back in Naples late afternoon to get back on the cruise ship. We went on a boat-captain recommendation in Skiathos last year and it was one of the highlights of the trip. Many thanks

I highly recommend the Bagno Tiberio private 2-hour boat tour with day at the beach club and lunch. Upgrade to a nice boat. We were impressed.
