This is a must do when visiting Duluth. Yes there are many stairs to climb but it worked for me at 83 years old. Be sure to tour this boat. Full review by John R

Very cool place to visit! If you have kids it is worth the extra $2 to get the kids guide - it keeps them interested searching for “lost things” in the ship & they get a prize at the end in the gift… Full review by 342rachaele
Is there a list of all personnel that were employed on the Irvin for each year that it sailed ? My father Carl Oscar Falk sailed for the PITTSBURGH STEAMSHIP/USS company retiring in 1966..am looking forward to visiting the museum! Thank you for any help you can give me! Charles Falk

These types of questions are specific for the operation and should be called in. How would I know? Travelers can tell you if it's handicap friendly, weather friendly, and how the tour was.
