Planning to go right after Christmas. I was told the lights are still active into the first week of January. Never been before. Is one full day enough to take in everything or do we need multiple days? Traveling with small children.

1st time to Dollywood and traveling with dogs! We have never been and it’s my birthday on Thanksgiving day. We are hoping to visit earlier that week to avoid crowds. Can anyone recommend a day that might be less busy than another? We were thinking Tuesday the 26th, maybe? I am VERY interested in the holiday offerings and lights and would love any advice there too (and any do not miss things). Finally, looking for advice on Doggywood. Many thanks in advance.
A:
Before Thanksgiving will be better. Very crowded after Thanksgiving.
Q:
How much is it to park
A:
$22.00 Parking lot is typical for a theme park with tram service from all areas lots of Handicap spaces at the entrance. Be aware that the access rd has lots of sharp turns drive carefully.
